101 Things in 1001 Days: #26 - Add 50 New Amazing Recipes to My Recipe Book & #28 - Make 25 recipes out of my cookbook collection

Turkey Stir-Fry

by: Paleo on a Budget

Ingredients  

  1 Medium Onion
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Box Frozen Spinach
1 Can (14oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
2 Tsp Basil

Directions
  1. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat with coconut oil. Toss your diced onion in the pan.
  2.  After the onion has softened for a few minutes, add your ground turkey. Let it cook until it's halfway done and then add your spinach, died tomatoes, salt and pepper, and basil.
  3. Let it finish cooking. Taste test and adjust seasoning if needed.
