Turkey Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 Medium Onion
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Box Frozen Spinach
1 Can (14oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
2 Tsp Basil
Directions
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat with coconut oil. Toss your diced onion in the pan.
- After the onion has softened for a few minutes, add your ground turkey. Let it cook until it's halfway done and then add your spinach, died tomatoes, salt and pepper, and basil.
- Let it finish cooking. Taste test and adjust seasoning if needed.
