With being a new couponer I keep running into the same problem. The items that are running low in our house are never the items that are on sale or that I have coupons for. One of the main rules in couponing is that you never buy what you need but rather buy whats on sale that you will use and build stock in your house. This week I lucked out and found deals for both body-wash and hand-soap. We desperately needed these items and I was holding out to see what the weekend sales were going to be. For all the products above I did two transactions on two separate days.
