Review Edition: Little Beauties by: Kim Addonizio

Getting to see the inside life of a women consumed with obsessive compulsive disorder and young teen mother who comes from a troubled home was the initial thing that drew me to this book. Two troubled people brought together to build an odd family, two unlikely strangers become lovers, and a mother who just could seem to make the right decisions. This book gets an A for effort for keeping your attention, there always seems to be something lurking around the corner. Some big surprises and some sexy moments make this book an enjoyable read. By far the biggest surprise was the ending. (Or lack there of) I was left feeling uneasy; the story just unraveled, no real ending, and no real conclusion. I told myself there must be a second book but as far as I can tell there is not. The book itself was a fun read but I still would like to know where the characters ended up. If there were a second book I would defiantly pick it up but without it this book feels incomplete. Overall I would rate this book:
